How we run Axon on our own company
We don't have a wall of customer logos yet — we're early, and honest about it. What we do have is the most demanding user we know: ourselves.
Axon began as a habit, not a product. For months our founder ran it by hand every morning, asking his own setup what the team said versus what actually moved.
The habit that became the product
Every morning started the same way: scroll the threads, ping a few people, and rebuild the real state of the company before the day began. It caught the deploy that never shipped, the “done” that wasn't, and the person quietly stuck for a week.
That daily reconciliation was valuable enough — and painful enough to do by hand — that we turned it into Axon.
What running on ourselves keeps honest
Because we use Axon to run Axon, the morning read has to actually be useful or we feel it the same day. It keeps us focused on the one job — surfacing the gaps between said and real — instead of piling on features nobody reads.
Why founding partners get what we use
Founding partners don't get a demo or a stripped-down trial. They get the product we run our own company on, with founder-direct setup — and a real say in what gets built next.
Frequently asked
Do you have customer case studies yet?
Not yet — we're in a founding-partner cohort and would rather show honest, first-party proof than borrowed logos. Founding-partner stories will be published here as they land.
